The garage door monitor is designed to monitor the status of your garage door and advise you if the door is open. By placing the sensor on the door panel, you will be alerted when the door is open. When the garage door is open, receiver will beep and flash. When the garage door is left open, flashing red lights will alert you to the problem and when the door is closed there will be a steady green light.

The sensor also monitors that batteries and will let you know when they need to be replaced. A lithium battery is included when you purchase the system, so it won’t need to be replaced very often because this type of battery has a long life. The operating range is about 300 feet and is very easy to set up. You simply mount the sensor above the garage door with the included Velcro strip and plug the receiver into an electrical outlet inside your home.
